More than 150 Justin Bieber fans gathered at the entrance of the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Paris on March 1st, 2021, to greet the superstar. As the crowd grew in number, it violated COVID-19's social distancing rules. Forty police officers had to make sure fans would evacuate the venue within twenty minutes.
