People aren't born strong. Experiences give them strength. Same is the case for Miley Cyrus. From being Disney's sweetheart, to the tough pop rock princess we all needed, her personality has gone through a drastic change.
Her appearance on the Scandinavian talk show 'Skavlan' gave her a chance to tell her fans about all she's been through. Cyrus said:
'I've gone through a lot of trauma and loss in the last couple years: I had a house fire in Malibu where I lost my house and went through a divorce recently, my grandma super close with, I lost.'
Her dog Mary-Jane recently passed away too, leaving a huge hole in her chest. Read more about it here. According to Miley, the best way to get over trauma is to accept reality as it is. Focusing on what you can control is better than obsessing over what you can't.
