Tekashi 6ix9ine takes hairstylist Jonathan Wright to stardom

Hair guru, Jonathan Wright, became truly known when Tekashi69 was released from prison. The Texan suggested the rapper to pursue a new image. Of course the young star was not very sure about it in the first place, but, scroll down and see what finally happened!

  • J. Wright is 23 years old, and he was born in Dallas, Texas.
  • Nicki Minaj and Meghan Thee Stallion were among his first clients.
  • He got his first million just saving money, he did not spend it on things he didn't need.
  • The hair stylist is responsible for Tekashi's constant hair changes.

Since he was 15 years old, the now-celebrities' coiffure knew he wanted to be in the show business. A few years ago he had the chance of doing Just Brittany's hair for the BET Awards 2016.

Since that moment, he never stopped working. However,  true stardom came a few months ago when on April 2020 Tekashi 6ix9ine was released from prison. The controversial singer was going through a difficult moment and that was the exact moment in which Wright appeared in his life.

The hair stylist was sure the young star needed a change in his looks, so he offered him lace wigs. Imagine the rapper's face! Of course at the very beginning 6ix9ine was horrified at the idea, but, as things change, the moment he tried one the ex-convict loved them!

The change was such, that he uses them at all times. The New Yorker even spends 15K every time J. Wright changes his wig or color. Tekashi has already used his hair green, pink, rainbow-color, now, what will his hair stylist come up with? I think they will have to give accessories a chance!
