Could you believe that Billie Eilish lost 100K followers on Instagram after posting drawings of bare breasts? The “Bad Guy” singer responded to the 'unfollowers' calling them "babies." The 5 time Grammy Award winner always does exactly what she wants and we love her for it! Scroll down as we reveal how she won them over!
Did you notice that after sharing pics of topless women drawings Eilish lost 100,000 followers and her account slipped from 73 million to 72.9 million? Well, not only she gained them back again, but also she has even more at 73.6 million! What is it about Billie that makes people love her?
Billie loves art and she proved that she can really stand up for her beliefs. She is just being genuine and not trying to please people. The five-time Grammy-winner’s reaction to the people who unfollowed her was awesome:
"LMFAOOO, y'all babies smh."
The 19-year-old singer innocently posted intimate, revealing photos and sketches on her Instagram Stories in which she was studying the female form in all its glory.
Eilish shared the photos responding to a request from her fans that asked her to "Post a Picture" that she was really proud of and she decided to show her own drawings from her sketchbook portraying exposed female breasts and intimate body parts.
She also as shared her lock screen, which features a painting of two women and she wrote the comment:
“These probably lol I love boobs.”
Fine art has historically appreciated female beauty and people who are scared of this natural expression show their ignorance. This is not the first time that Eilish spoke out and stood up for what she believes is right.
In the summer she received criticism from body shaming trolls when she was pictured wearing a beige tank top and shorts walking in her neighborhood in Los Angeles.
“People were like, ‘Damn, Billie got fat!’ And I’m like, ‘Nope, this is how I look, you’ve just never seen it before!’
Eilish just showed that she has a normal body, like everyone else most women have big behinds and their breast sag, especially if they're mothers after breastfeeding. The singer remarked that Instagram perfect photos are not real.
That's the reason why she has her own fashion label for regular women who want to look comfortable and evoke her oversize style.
However, her popularity still continues to grow and we truly believe that she will become a role model when the audiences have an intimate look into Eilish’s private life when she appears on her first documentary, “Billie Eilish: The World's a Little Blurry,” set to be released on Apple TV+ in February 26th, 2021.
