Billie Eilish confessed that when watching her upcoming documentary for the first time it was such a strong experience that she “cried out of joy”.
The 19 year-old pop star’s personal life and music career will be opened up to her fans at the end of this month with the arrival of the much-awaited Apple TV+ documentary “The World’s A Little Blurry.”
Elish said to her family that nobody was allowed to watch the movie until she had seen it because for the singer there’s some secrets she will reveal that she said she was mortified to reveal.
“I cried out of joy for a lot of it. I never would have thought that anyone would be able to capture exactly what was going on in such a beautiful, intimate way.”
The “Ocean Eyes” singer reflected on making the documentary, because it’s really personal and she didn’t realize how brutal it was going to be to see her own life portrait on film.
When she was recording her first album “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?” she was dealing with mental health issues, childhood trauma and coming out from an abusive relationship.
