A new emoji sets a new trend on Twitter and it's #BTSxBBMAs!

The K-pop band, BTS is all that the entertainment industry can talk about these days. From concerts to working with UNICEF, the Bangtan Boys are making sure to give back to the fans who love them so dearly. Receiving numerous award nominations this year, the boys are now up for a Billboard award too. Read below to find out why the boys are trending on Twitter!

BTS army recently celebrated #BTSWeek with The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon. Just when the high was wearing out, the boys began trending on Twitter again. This time it was because of Billboard giving BTS a new emoji!

A purple disco ball, with tiny sparkles shimmering around it. It’s cute! Just like the BTS boys. Billboard posted a tweet mentioning the years 2017-2019 when the boys won the award for the Top Social Artist and next to 2020 wrote ‘COMING SOON’. Fascinating!

It’s the Billboard Music Awards season and fans want their favorite artists to win. But when it comes to the BTS army, no other fandom stands a chance in the competition. Nominated for the Top Social Artist award for the 4th time in a row, fans are making sure that their idols take home the title this year too.
