Have adult conversations. As funny as this may sound, going out with friends and talking about things other than your baby helps remind you of your own identity before becoming a parent.
Self-care. Being selfish once in a while isn't always a bad thing. You have to take care of yourself. Whether that means going to the gym or catching a movie. Being a parent means doing things that make you happy as well as enjoying time with your baby.
