Jennifer Aniston turned 51 this year and looks amazing. Below is the secret to her super fit body!

  • Aniston is America's sweetheart. She has starred in various romantic comedies alongside Hollywood actors like Vince Vaughn, Jim Carrey and Jason Bateman.
  • When she divorced Brad Pitt back in 2005 everyone was saddened by the breakup.
  • However, Jen has lifted herself since and has done great!

While the actress is known for not following a strict diet plan, she still abides by some healthy habits. Aniston adheres to intermittent fasting which consists of not eating during a period of 16 hours (mostly during the night). This gives you a window of 8 hours to have our meals.

So Jen doesn't exactly wake up to have breakfast, she works out first and then has a some warm lemon water, celery juice or a smoothie first. "Sometimes, I'll have a puffed millet cereal with a banana or I'll do oatmeal with an egg white whipped in at the end."

For her go-to smoothie you'll need: "some sort of pure protein, then bananas, blueberries, frozen cherries, stevia, a vegetable mix of dynamic greens that goes in there, maca powder, and a little cacao."

Her lunch and dinner is simple. Always some kind of vegetables or salad and sometimes grilled chicken. Every now and then she likes to indulge with pasta. Aniston blames her ex-husband, actor, director, and screenwriter Justin Theroux, for bringing back pasta into her life. "I don't know whether I should thank him or hate him for that." The couple got divorced in 2017 but Jen still makes pasta following his instructions.
