Anxiety can be triggered by stress or that feeling of unease or nervousness.
It has physical and mental symptoms that could lead to more serious health issues.
Identifying the symptoms is primal in order to start treating anxiety.
You start feeling unimportant. You think that nobody wants to hear your opinion. You feel like a bother to anyone, even grocery shopping. If someone says something nice, you think they're judging. That might lead to depression and in the most extreme cases, suicide.
Luckily, there are easy ways to treat it. Try to have lots of contact with your friends and family, via video call or messaging. Meditate, do sports and relax. Anxiety will go away when you clear your mind!
