The new K-Pop girl group Aespa debuted on November 17 with the music video for their song “Black Mamba” and we were all speechless. One thing that caught our attention was the woman who appears behind Karina in one of the parts of the video. We have been investigating and continue reading to find out who she is and why she is there.
The choreography that the girls show in the video is incredible.
Accompanied by dancers to make it more impressive. In a part of the video the main dancer and possible leader of Aespa, Karina, suffers some kind of possession and moves to a dark parallel reality where we can see “Black Mamba” personified.
Our surprise was to find out that the mysterious woman who embodies it is the famous 40-year-old model Jang YoonJu.
This South Korean star is also an actress and singer and has been active in the entertainment industry since 1997 when she began her runway modeling career.
She later became a television star hosting the show Korea's Next Top Model.
Jang YoonJu is really a great contribution to the debut of the Aespa girls and their avatars.
We will have to wait for the next music video of the SM Entertainment band to find out what other surprises they have in store for us.
