The visual king, Kim Taehyung aka BTS V, has been the visual director for BTS' new album 'BE'. With the feeling of comfort and healing, the album is touching the hearts of the Army. V has rightfully captured the natural and cozy looks of the members in all the concept photos which has made our hearts warm. So how did he do this? Want to find out? Then scroll down and read it all!
On BTS Global Press Conference 'BE', the members gathered to talk about their new album. Every member spoke about their role on the album.
They explained how with the help of the members and support of the Army they completed their job. The humbleness of the boys while answering reporters' questions melted our hearts.
Upon asking about the concept photos and other pictures of the album, the reporters questioned V about the whole process of managing visuals on the album. To this, Taehyung cutely and calmly responded:
'We really wanted to show meaningful content to the ARMY, and that’s why I started this. It wasn’t an easy process, but I tried my best. The members and ARMY supported me a lot, so we could do it successfully.'
Army will always love and support you, V. You have done a spectacular job!
Moving on V explained his inspiration behind the pictures. He told us how he made sure not to miss the element of naturalness in all the concept photos.
'We all started with taking pictures of each other’s natural selves when we were relaxed, and we pursued that. When we went on a trip together, I took a Polaroid camera with me, and I took the pictures with my Polaroid when they were just hanging out, and I thought that those pictures looked really natural and really pretty, so that’s how I got my first idea' -V
What a genius you are Taehyung! Nobody could have thought about taking the footage this way. We loved each and every shot you took. Army are so proud of you!
