You need to consider pepper in your diet and with this recipe you will get proteins, omega 3 and only about 250 calories.
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the pepper in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Mix the tuna, onion, and cheese and place it inside the pepper.
  4. Leave it for a few minutes until the cheese melts and enjoy an excellent dinner!
