  • A clean mattress may be more relevant than you think! When you go to sleep you breathe in all the dirt particles in your mattress. This can eventually lead to health issues such as eye and throat irritation, sneezing, respiratory congestion and even fatigue.
  • So if you wake up in the morning feeling tired, deep cleaning your mattress might be the solution.
  • Check out the video to see how to do it!

Step by step this is how you should deep clean your mattress:

  1. Vacuum the surface of your mattress.
  2. Clean it with one part dish soap and two parts hydrogen peroxide. Blot the stains with a cloth. Let sit for 10 min and blot again.
  3. To finish blot with hot water.
  4. Put baking soda over the entire bed. It helps with any moisture that might be left and with odors. Leave it for a while.
  5. Finally, vacuum the baking soda.

Believe it or not this can help you sleep better.
