J. Lo is a fantastic singer, yet she has also proven herself on Hollywood's big screen and the results have been great! Mark Anthony's ex-wife is also very well known because of her incredible body. 1. At home circuit.

Together with his husband, Alex Rodriguez, they train every day at home. The circuit, she said, generally consists of some running, 15 kettle bell swings, 15 bent-rows, 15 over the shoulder's and 10 push-ups.

When preparing for her role in the film “Hustlers” and also for her wedding to Alex Rodriguez in 2019, the star revealed how she worked her legs with the leg-press and pole dancing.

3. Don't forget about your upper body!

The singer has some great abs and her arms always look very toned and it is due to the 'Spiderman push-ups' (never try them on your first day, for real!) . They were created by her trainer in New York: David Kirsch.
