While this "diet" doesn't restrict what you eat or how much it does limit the time when you do so. Aniston follows the 16:8 version of the diet. She only eats during an eight-hour window, and fasts for the other 16 hours. "I do intermittent fasting, so no food in the morning," she said. Most of those 16 hours are at night which helps endure the fasting process. 

The actress said she noticed a big change in not eating for all those hours. And this method has been proven to increase metabolic rate, clarity and focus. People have said they experience higher energy levels too.
