How to lose weight fast in 3 easy steps

There are many ways and products dedicated to weight loss. But do they really work? We show you in the following video 3 simple, healthy and effective steps.

1. Eat protein and vegetables. Cook them boiled preferably.
2. Eat 6 to 7 meals per day. It is much better for the digestion process to eat small amounts of food but more times a day.
3. Reduce: carbohydrates (pasta, pizza, bread, cookies) and sugars (desserts such as ice cream, milk chocolate, sweets).
