With the Coronavirus outbreak everybody is especially trying to stay healthy. There are a few ways you can help your immune system from collapsing.

1. Sleep. Not getting enough sleep makes you more susceptible to sickness.
2. Eat healthy fats. Like the ones found in olive oil or nuts.
3. Reduce your sugar intake. This also includes carbs.
4. Eat more fermented foods like yogurt or sauerkraut. They contain probiotics which help your digestive system.
5. Try not to stress.
