The trend comes from combining the benefits of sauna with those of yoga. You are going to sweat and exercise at the same time.
The room is heated to almost 100 degrees to accelerate the heart rate and get more sweat. It cleanses the pores, circulates the blood and burns more calories. However, it's not recommended for people with heart problems, high temperature intolerance, and dehydration. Make sure to hydrate well before you do and bring clothes to change!
