Eggs have numerous vitamins and minerals. They are great for pregnant women since they provide your body with folic acid. They are also a great source of vitamin B12, which is essential for a strong and healthy body.
In the past it was believed that eating eggs could increase the risk of heart disease and levels of cholesterol. However, there are no proven links between eggs and the risk of heart attacks.
In addition, the fat found in eggs is unsaturated, which makes it a healthy fat, therefore eggs can even lower 'bad' cholesterol levels!
