As you get older your body starts to feel it. If you've been physically active during most of your life it's probable you won't feel the aches and pains just yet, however after your 30s you start losing body muscle a lot faster.

To stay in good shape after your 30s, strength exercises are highly recommended. Your body has the capacity to adapt, so if you gradually add on more weight your body will respond.
Building and maintaining muscle is fundamental for a good posture as well as to avoid those aches that come with aging.
Try out these three exercises and see how it goes! No equipment needed!
Basic squats. Squats, squats and more squats.
No weight. Planking. Rest your forearm against the floor and stay parallel to the floor in 20-second sessions.
Chair triceps. Sit with your hands on a chair and go down keeping your body firm. 10 reps.
