As you get older your body starts to feel it. If you've been physically active during most of your life it's probable you won't feel the aches and pains just yet, however after your 30s you start losing body muscle a lot faster.

- No weight. Planking. Rest your forearm against the floor and stay parallel to the floor in 20-second sessions.
- Chair triceps. Sit with your hands on a chair and go down keeping your body firm. 10 reps.
