Harold is an English singer. His music career began after he joined the boy band, One Direction. After 6 years, the band split-up. Dua Lipa – the queen with powerful vocals launched her debut album in 2017. Since then, she has been a prominent chart-topper. But why did the two stars drop out of performing at the VMAs? While one of the biggest nights of music might look a little different this year, it surely won’t sound any less incredible.

MTV announced that the performances will take place throughout New York City. Strict safety guidelines will be enforced with little or no audience.

The two artists turned down the offer to perform at the show after not being nominated for some of the most popular categories.
