Covid-19 has made the executives change the release date of The Matrix 4. Initially it was set to be released on May 21,2021 but now it is reported it will be ready on April 1, 2022. This would be the fourth movie from the saga Matrix.
The film is the fourth part of the series of science fiction action saga. At the moment it is in preproduction stage and its released date was delayed due to the pandemic. Lana and her sister Lily Wachowski are in charge of writing and producing all four films. The main cast returns as Keanu Reeves plays the part of Neo, Carrie-Ann Moss, Trinity and Jada Pinkett Smith as Niobe. The 56-year-old actor also took to twitter to express how he feels about the story behind this fourth installment.
