The Jonas Brothers were nominated for the best ‘Pop song’ for their track ‘What a Man Gotta Do’. Fans were shocked to find out that their favorite brother trio and their wives were not present at the award ceremony.

With no performance and only one nomination the band members thought it fit not to fly across the country for the VMAs that were held in NYC.

Joe Jonas recently had a baby girl with his actress wife, Sophie Turner. The couple got married in 2019 and welcomed their first child, Willa this July. At the time of the VMAs the two were out on a road trip. The new parents opted to take a family vacay and shared pictures via Instagram.

Nick and Priyanka Chopra on the other hand decided to stay home and spend some quality time. In an interview, PeeCee revealed what the couple’s routine has been like amidst the quarantine. She said that they don’t step out of the house much. Maybe that’s the reason they didn’t attend the prestigious award show.
