The five-factor diet allows you to eat five small meals per day, and one day a week you can eat whatever you want. In addition to following this meal plan, the Jennifer's Body actress is also known for doing a keto-friendly diet as well, in other word, the actress has given up most of refined carbohydrates and only gets her carbs from fruits and vegetables. Fox also avoids processed foods and says that the worst thing she puts in her body is coffee once a day. The actress has a lot of Japanese food, egg whites, almonds, salmon, and smoothies.
She also follows a five-factor workout, by celebrity trainer and nutrition expert Harley Pasternak who describes it as follows: "They are five phases: a minimum five-minute cardio warm-up, a lower-body sculpting exercise, an upper body toning exercise, then an abdominal sculpting exercise, and finally, a five-minute cool down."
Fox works out at least three days a week. She also lifts heavy weights. Fox typically trains in circuit style in order to incorporate bursts of cardio.
