Supermodel Ireland Baldwin celebrates her well-being

American model and actress Ireland Baldwin have had a long journey fighting with eating compulsion, but she has finally overcome the illness. From her experience, she now tries to help thousands of souls that struggle with this disease and certainly is one of Hollywood angels with all her charity work. •    Baldwin has also raised her voice for animals rights numerous times and has also posed for PETA (People for Ethical Treatment of Animals)

The singer took to her Instagram to share and celebrate six years of being anorexia and bulimia free with her followers. Ireland posted a video on her Instagram on the 15th of August in which she said, "today marks six years since I have been free of anorexia, bulimia and all of my other food compulsion and eating disorders that I have struggled through."

Baldwin ended the video with a phrase that could be a ray of hope for those struggling with a similar disorder, "you can do it". Ireland’s cousin Hailey Baldwin also congratulated the comments section of the post.  The singer struggled with anorexia nervosa since a very young age. She opened up about her illness for the first time in 2018 when she posted a photo with the caption 'anorexia throwback.' Ireland is also a strong supporter of animal rights, making donations to organizations like PETA.

Whatever she might have gone through has thankfully come out to an end. She has a message for everyone 'love yourselves, eat ice cream with friends, take care of your mind and body, keep a balance in your life yet fully enjoy it because it’s too short'.
