Pasternak made her prioritize walking and eating a diet high in fiber and protein to get her body back in shape. He revealed the 'five daily behaviors' he recommended to Jessica in order for the star to transform her postpartum figure. The two have been working together for many years but this time it was different. 'In the past, our focus was really about the workouts. This time, while the workouts still went on, the focus was on the time spent outside of the gym,' Harley explained.
'We made sure Jessica’s Fitbit read at least 12,000 steps every day before she went to bed, made sure she got at least seven hours of quality sleep a night, [and] unplug from technology at least one hour a day,' Harley detailed.
Ok, so here you have three behaviors to follow. The other two were having three meals a day and 2 snacks all high in protein and fiber. And the final behavior was doing short resistance workouts every other day. And he couldn't be more proud of his student!

For breakfast, she had scrambled eggs (made with one whole egg and three egg whites) with a bowl of blackberries.
At lunch, she would eat salad with grilled chicken and for dinner grilled fish with vegetables.
Her snacks were a handful of almonds or green beans with Parmesan cheese.
