After Adele's Instagram post on her 32nd birthday people went crazy over the pop star's transformation. The singer, who is worth $300 million, didn´t say anything about her weight yet everybody seemed to focus on that! Many fans posted positive comments but rumors were spread about the singer's real motivation.
Her former UK trainer Pete Geracimo said that "it was never about getting super skinny. It was about getting her healthy. Especially post pregnancy and post surgery.”
The singer separated from her husband Simon Konecki in April 2019 and now lives in Los Angeles where friends Lady Gaga and Cameron Diaz suggested celebrity chef and fitness trainer Harley Pasternak who stars in the show Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian.
There are 3 basic steps to this diet:
1. Eat protein and vegetables. Cook them boiled preferably.
2. Eat 6 to 7 meals per day. It is much better for the digestion process to eat small amounts of food but more times a day.
3. Reduce: carbohydrates (pasta, pizza, bread, cookies) and sugars (desserts such as ice cream, milk chocolate, sweets).
