The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are suing paparazzi in California, where they live, for attempting to photograph their son Archie. It's not the first time the couple has confronted the paparazzi. Take a look at the video below.
"Some paparazzi and media outlets have flown drones a mere 20 feet above the house, as often as three times a day, to obtain photographs of the couple and their young son in their private residence (some of which have been sold and published)".
The lawsuit was filed by celebrity lawyer Michael Kump, who specializes in entertainment law, motion pictures and television. The defendant was registered as John Doe, name used to refer to an unknown individual.
“Every individual and family member in California is guaranteed by law the right to privacy in their home" said Kump during an interview. Megan nor Harry want people to profit from illegal photos taken of their 14-month-old son, Archie.
