Kourtney's workouts usually include crunches, raising dumbbells, butt lifts, crunches combined with jumps and squatting with a metal bar on her shoulders. She's also been drinking a morning smoothie religiously for years. Recently she switched from avocado to banana. Take note, here are the ingredients to her healthy power smoothie: organic almond/ pea milk, a banana, a date, a dash of cinnamon, and a scoop of ice.
