Jurassic World: Dominion resumes filming after lockdown

Jurassic World: Dominion was just one of the films put on hold due to the coronavirus crisis, but it seems like filming returns to the UK and New Zeland actor Sam Neill is very excited to reunite with the old crew.

  • Neill was born in Northern Ireland but moved to New Zeland as a child.
  • The actor and producer gained international prominence in 1993s Jurassic Park as Dr. Alan Grant.
  • In 2001 Neill returns for Jurassic Park III.

The New Zeland actor is back as Dr Alan Grant in Jurassic World: Dominion where he reunites with actress Laura Dern. Right before Neill was set to start filming production stopped due to the pandemic and the actor has been keeping his fans up to date during quarantine.

Shooting resumes under completely different circumstances. Universal Pictures is taking all necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of the cast and crew. Regular COVID-19 testing will take place, the use of masks by crew and cast members who aren’t in front of the camera will be a must.

Take a look at the teaser for the film below.
