The Portuguese soccer star, who currently plays on Italian team Juventus, earns more money with his Instagram publications than the salary he gets for doing his job. Check it out!
Cristiano is known in the industry for his professionalism, his hard training and his success, both on and off pitch. The Portuguese, who grew up in the poor fishermen island of Madeira, worked hard to achieve his dreams.
His Real Madrid former colleagues said that when a training started at 1pm, he was already at 10am training in the gym. Former Manchester United star, the Uruguayan Diego Forlan described how he used to stay longer after trainings to improve his shooting skills "he challenged us to hit free kicks and see who scored the most".
His looks and achievements in sports made him earn millions on sponsorships. Like Michael Jordan when was playing on the Bulls, Cristiano now has an extra tool where he definitely can manage to pay some bills: For 40 posts he earned a staggering amount of $50 million in a year, almost as twice as much of what he earns for playing in Juventus ($35 million).
Newspaper The Sun published a list with the top earners and Cristiano earns around $1 million per posts, followed by Lionel Messi, Argentinian soccer superstar and the Jenner sisters, Kylie and Kendall.
Not bad Cristiano!
