1. Wake up early. Jessica stated "My alarm clock goes off at 5:15am for a warm yoga class". Afterwards, a black coffee with coconut oil is the perfect mix to wake up and boost your metabolism.

2. Be honest with yourself. Alba hates to train "I don't like it a bit, but I feel so good afterwards that I push myself to do it". Also, doing sport in the morning gives you an energy boost for the rest of your day.

3. Make yourself pretty. After sweating, take a quick shower, use natural colors in your makeup and start your day feeling confident and beautiful!
