  • The Ellen DeGeneres Show has been under investigation for mistreatment allegations.
  • Accusations of a toxic work environment came forth and ex employees spoke about ugly experiences regarding racism, fear and intimidation.
  • Some celebrities also confirm these allegations and say it is "common knowledge" that DeGeneres treats people badly.

However, and luckily for the talk show host, there are other celebrity friends who have come to her aid. The actor and entrepreneur Ashton Kutcher was one of the Hollywood celebrities to support DeGeneres.

Actress Diane Keaton posted a photo on Instagram with a message of support for the comedian. "I always enjoyed my visits to the Ellen Show. I've seen how the audience exudes happiness and gratitude. She gives back to so many including me".

Actress and comedian Rachel Bloom gave her own objective opinion on the matter stating that having a good time as a guest doesn't necessarily "have anything to do with the experiences of the employees. “I’m not saying this to put anyone on blast, I just wanted to offer my POV as someone who’s had the amazing fortune to experience both worlds.”

Late-night TV legend Jay Leno spoke out for his friend. “I don’t discard a 40-year friendship on hearsay. I fully support her.”
