'Forever grateful'. Heartwarming tribute from Crystal Hefner

The widow of Playboy founder, Hugh Hefner, remembered him in his death anniversary and described him in her Instagram, where she has over 3 million followers as her 'greatest ally'. She was his third wife and accompanied him in the last 10 years of his life. Watch the beautiful picture below.

  • Crystal went to San Diego State University (California) where she majored in Psychology.
  • Started dating Hefner in 2009, controversial at the time for the 60-year age difference.
  • She was one of the three girlfriends from Hef, next to the Shannon twin sisters.

The love started when Crystal was elected as the Playboy's Playmate of December 2009. She had certain 'authority' in her look, an incredible smile and was one of the best models the magazine ever worked with. Hef adored her. The couple shared many memories together, including Hugh's best Christmas ever when he gave her the wedding ring and the model started crying.

Despite what many people think, she didn't receive any of his $50 million net worth inheritance. They signed a prenuptial agreement at the time of their wedding.

Crystal is now traveling the world, as the widow of one of the greatest men in entertainment

Close sources say that after he died, she was left with $5 million in cash and a mansion in Hollywood. Despite the material affection, Crystal remembers him as one of the kindest men on Earth, as we all do.

Luckily, his legacy is continued by several organizations and his children, who are still fighting for his dreams of becoming the world a more liberal place!
