The gentle acoustic country track, written in 2008 during the sessions for Swift's Fearless album, will drop on March 25th at night and judging from the bit GMA played it was worth the wait.

The swaying ballad finds Swift crooning, "God knows, too long and wasted time/ Lost tears, swore that I'd get out of here/ But no amount of freedom gets you clean/ I've still got you all over me."

The song features backing vocals from Maren Morris; it was produced by her Folklore/Evermore collaborator Aaron Dessner and co-written by Scooter Carusoe.

"One thing I’ve been loving about these From The Vault songs is that, I can experiment, play, and even include some of my favorite artists."

Swift said of her team-up with Morris.

After announcing in 2019 that she plans to re-record her first six albums -- following the acquisition of her master recordings by Scooter Braun -- Swift unveiled her updated version of "Love Story (Taylor's Version)," just days before Valentine's Day.

While revealing the "Love Story" drop earlier this year, Swift also noted that she has re-recorded Fearless as Fearless (Taylor's Version), featuring "6 never-before-released songs from the vault."
