Drug gangs are dealing a lot more than drugs, they're helping their community by handing out medication and reinforcing social distancing.
- "We've seen a lot of death. We know it's not a small thing" said a gang member in one of Rio's poorest communities who, like others asked to remain anonymous. "We fear the virus, not Bolsonaro" he added.
- The gang granted CNN access because they wanted to show how they are dealing with COVID-19. They are handing out alcohol gel, medication and even cash to the members of the community who need it the most.
