President Donald Trump's niece said her uncle wasn't going to get better. His childhood is affecting the way he governs during a crisis. Check out Mary Trump's thought on her uncle's tweet below.
Mary Trump said her uncle might be unraveling now because things aren't going the way he wants them to, like it has in the past. "What he's always done in the past, that used to work, isn't really working as effectively anymore, so it has him scrambling a bit". The president who had remained silent about the book has finally spoken on Twitter and says his niece is "a mess".
Mary told Cuomo she was never in possession of Donald's tax return papers. And as far as the comment about her uncle's parents not standing her, Mary said she was very close with her grandmother. "I really loved (my grandmother) and believe that she loved me. My grandfather, I don't think was really, had real positive feelings towards anybody except perhaps Donald." Mary also said the statement of her being "a mess" is something he usually says about women. She recalled him saying the same about Nancy Pelosi.
The book has sold 950,000 copies in one day. In the tweets posted by president Trump on Friday he also refers to former national security adviser John Bolton as a "lowlife dummy". Bolton has also recently published a book in which he refers to Trump "naive and dangerous".
