After the screening of the movie Black Panther this Sunday, ABC television network decided to honor actor Chadwick Boseman with a special program about his life and career. The name chosen was a tribute for a king ‘ referring to his most famous character as King T'Challa in the marvel studios movie Black Panther. The Twitter post had over 5 million likes. It's been hard for the audience to say goodbye to such a beloved character as Black Panther. The superhero’s first appearance in the Avengers franchise was in Captain America Civil War (2016), followed by Infinity War (2018), Black Panther (2018) and End Game (2019), Marvel had the intention of filming five movies with this character, so they might decide to give the throne of Wakanda to one of the many supporting characters in the movie.
The tribute ABC decided to pay the actor will take place after the commercial free screening of Black Panther. The idea is to honor the actor but mostly the person and his long silent fight against cancer.
Boseman studied to be a director and during his journey as an actor he played many roles, one of the most remembered was the baseball legend Jackie Robin in the movie 42. His last performance was in Da 5 Bloods, and he has an unrealized film called Ma Rainey's Black Bottom produced by Denzel Washington. We might be seeing mor of him again after all. RIP!
